Shipping Policy

All orders take 5-7 Business days (bundles & closures) 2-3 weeks for custom wigs (not including weekends) or up to 3-4 weeks during sales & holiday season for process and shipping. When your order is purchased a tracking number will be provided to you by email. Only confirmed addresses will be shipped to. If your address was not confirmed your order will automatically be canceled, and an email will be sent out to let you know that your order didn't process. We are not responsible for post office delays. Please purchase hair in advance to ensure you will receive hair on time.
WIG CLASS POLICY
wig class deposits are non refundable! All class deposits of $150 are non refundable due to holding your spot in class or securing one on one class date. The remaining amount for your class is subject to no refund after a 2 week waiting period of placing full payment for your class or class session. As once class is paid materials have been purchased and set aside for class. If for any reason customer cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by you “The client”. 
Wig Return Policy
Due to the nature of the item, sales are FINAL on purchases. Please take your measurements and select options very carefully. Your custom wig will be made according to your exact specifications. Please note, we are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. If you are looking for a very specific color, We strongly recommend sending the exact color choice and brand. This small investment can save you hundreds of dollars worth of headaches.

     Return & Exchange Policy

All Hair & WIG orders are FINAL! There will be no returns available. (NO REFUNDS) Exchanges only happen if there seems to be a problem with your order, and you must notify us within 3 Business days after receiving shipment by emailing us at Allenmichaelvirginhair@yahoo.com Hair must show NO obvious signs of being WORN! If eligible for an exchange you will be responsible for shipping. Please send us a tracking number in order for us to have a chance to keep up with the exchanged item. Please allow up to 5 Business days for us to process exchanged orders.
We Do Not Have To Accept Any Exchanges  If Determined Unreliable Source.
